You're the one that's delusional. He didn't even get booed when he returned to Miami for the first time. :heh:

Had a video tribute and everything yet he'll get booed when he retires. :heh:

And Duncan won't get the same treatment as Kobe? Jesus, you Kobe stans are batshyt retarded as fukk. :laff:

1.Duncan won't get the same treatment cause he will probably announce his retirement after the season ends

2. He has already been forgotten

3. H has been nothing but a role player

4. He has no swag, the most boring personality the game has ever seen. i hope kawhi changes that shyt soon

5.Kobe is one of the greatest players where as duncan is the greatest role player of all time

The Truth
Being drafted by such an incompetent franchise hurt him. Everyone who Lebron is compared to played for great franchises with all time great coaches and/or teammates.

Bird was drafted to the 2nd best franchise in NBA history, which was the best franchise in NBA history at the time (still might be it's debateable), and also had hall of fame teammates (Celtics acquired McHale and Parrish both in his 2nd season) almost immediately after entering the league.

Magic drafted to the GOAT NBA franchise, with Kareem to groom him.

Jordan made the Bulls one of the GOAT franchises, but had Phil, Pippen, and later Rodman, along with many great role players.

Kobe drafted by the Hornets and cried his way to a trade to the GOAT franchise with Phil as the coach and Shaq to shoulder the load, pause.

Lebron went to one of the worst franchises, with no structure and no good teammates, didn't have a great teammate until he went to the Heat and Wade only had 1 season left as a great player, and Bosh showed that he was a really good player but not a great player.

It's really not fair to compare Lebron's career to any of those players, he didn't have the luxury of a support system that was better than him that could lift him up until he went to the Heat and that began to slowly crumble along with Wade's knees almost immediately after he got there. There's no and never has been a reason for him to submit to the system in Cleveland completely because he has a higher basketball IQ than all of his coaches in his time there, and it still remains to be seen if Kyrie and Love can step up and be truly great players when it matters the most.

EDIT: In hindsight he should have stayed with the Heat, but Wade should've been willing to take a HUGE paycut to keep him there and add young talent around him.
Kobe cried his way to the Lakers....

As a Bron fan I don't like to say it, but you may be right. He needs to transition to a 20-22 ppg player and let Kyrie become the primary scorer. Kyrie is a more natural scorer than passer and vice versa for Bron, both players can do both which is what can make them so deadly but they need to make a change, and first and foremost that means Lebron has to really play much more like Magic, go for 20 and 10 regularly fukk 25-27 ppg he doesn't need to do that and it takes too much effort for him to get that anymore anyway. He said a couple years ago his ideal stat line is 22-10-10 but he hasn't made any attempt to get there. Obviously averaging a triple double isn't very likely, but I'd at least like to see him try to get there especially since he has legitimate scorers around him and has since he went to Miami.

They asked Lue what his message was to LeBron....

"You have to let me coach you. You have to let me hold you accountable".

That's what this shyt is all about. Trying to convince a 32 year old man to let himself be instructed and humble himself enough to accept responsibility. That's what his time in Cleveland has been all about. Ask yourself why the Cavs organization never threw big money or heavily courted a winning, reputable coach? Because coaches like that don't want any part of Bron, and Bron doesn't want any part of the structure and discipline most winning coaches enforce.

Bron is a hall of fame, top 10-15 player in the history of league...I would never say otherwise. He sabotaged his own greatness though because of a lack of humility...a lack of the self awareness needed to understand you don't have all the answers. It's ultimately what will keep him from being seriously mentioned with winners like Jordan, Magic and Kobe. Because beyond all those stats was a grown man who would rather be coached by the those intimidated by him than win with structure and accountability.
But really, LeBron has three options:
1. Listen to Coach Lue
2. Find a new team
3. Find a new head coach.

It's not an easy decision when you are LeBron.

Side note, I'm pretty Eric Spoelstra could turn things around.

the guy who benches whiteside entire quarters of close games but would give Norris cole and henry walker heavy minutes? the guy who played a lineup in the finals big minutes that was playing 4 on 5 on defense and 3 on 5 on offense with only 1 guy on the floor who was better than a 30% shooter from distance? the guy who decided to have 6'8 Haslem front 7 feet tall KG in the post all ECF long, which gave Garnett countless open looks at the basket? the guy who in 8 years as a coach has only had 1 year minus james where the team was better than 25th in points per game? the guy who in 8 years still has no defined offensive system or offensive identity, even going so far as to still try to run LeBron style small ball after he left Miami? That guy could turn things around when it took him 2 years just to figure out how to use LeBron in the first place? :comeon: :camby:

I hate to do it, but I gotta blame this on his upbringing.

No solid male father figure, and a hoodrat mother.

He knows how to hustle/work hard, but does not respect authority. Never has, never will. Unfortunately that can lead to not taking good advice which can result in poor decisions.

If Lebron grew up in the Curry/Bryant/Jordan household, dude would have been the unquestionable GOAT.

You're on this bullshyt huh? :comeon:

She helps him improve to even being a mediocre coach how? :dame:
Life, career, winning and losing, etc.
What really matters? People matter. You win some, you lose some. Of course, Spoelstra fell off the radar when LeBron went back to Cleveland.
