Yeah but inherently has to be income based because of the low end of the spectrum. Let’s say you establish that it takes $2k a month to take care of a child. So do the people that make $60k a year and less have to pay $2k a month as well? So then you’re going to have to make adjustments for them based on income.

Also part of the reasoning judges make higher earners pay so much is there is a precedent that a child should have a similar standard of living in both homes. I think $10k a month is pretty light for Tyrese. Dude did a video years ago with transformers in his backyard. He’ll be alright. His ex doesn’t have to work with that amount but it’s not like she’s going to be living in luxury. His daughter is 15 so only 3 more years.
