I personally feel Mike's plan is the best plan too. But what I think Banner is getting at is that its easier to inspire our people through physical action over money. We got to pretty much tell people its time change how we handle our money, and you know that's gonna cause some heavy resistance. Folks don't like to be told what to do with they money.

Very true, but ultimately it's just what has to be done. Eventually if everyone keeps hearing/being nagged about it, things will change. But that point also leads me to another reason why I make such an emphasis on ideals vs reality. We'd be counting on those same people to give up everything in an all out war when they roll their eyes when asked to give up their daily small comfort zones as minimal as they are. Push comes to shove and they aren't going to go to the extra limit which leaves those who do taking the losses for minimal gain.

It's much more likely to convince people to give up a little at a time. But it's got to be consistent. Small steps while not glamorous all add up. A small gain each day is 365 gains in a year. The more people applying that mentality and the impact will be felt. It will also help reinforce positive habits where it won't seem like a strain down the line. But the problem is consistency and always has been. If you can beat that monster, confidence and independence will grow from there. It's along the same lines Killer Mike was saying, each person donates $100 dollars and that's a major lump sum donation. However, imagine if that was $100 every few months. Not only does that make great total gains, but it also puts an emphasis on consistency with a direct feedback.

I agree both of them. We need a lil of both. But we dont need to be at BLM rallys with guns though cuz this how the laws roll. Them nikkas got swat vehicles that let off loud sirens too that can stop you from thinking correctly and they can drop bombs on a whole crowd as well. Too many women at the BLM rallys too. The shyt would be a blood bath

I personally don't see anything wrong with intimidation if done right.

Now we ain't got to go up to a squad car and go "die mufukka die", but clearly on some uniformed shyt together bearing arms where its legally allowed looking like this

sends a clear message "don't fukk with us".

I mean they like to come with tanks and squad gear I don't see a issue ether

Y'all need to stop with the false equivalency between Malcolm and David Banner.

Malcolm was lost and had no sense of self when he was in the streets. David Banner on the other hand was making conscious music while he was making stuff like "Like A Pimp". That brother knew better, and still chose to promote ignorance for money. He didn't change his message entirely until his money from making those types of tracks started drying up.

Who? And w

Lyfe...what Banner said was stupid. I understand the frustration. But what Banner is endorsing is genocide. The gov state or Fed aint on our side. We dont have the numbers to initiate war. Noe do we have the political backing to do so.

What did Banner say exactly and what was the context?

From that little video clip and reading the article I didn't hear any radical or reckless talk from him.. It's almost like the video clip started mid argument so I don't know exactly what Lyfe was responding to honestly..

Wait based off what they're saying Banner said, if Jennings disagreed then fukk him.
Here's the thing... you can't just tell everybody to do something like that. Everything is left up for interpretation and not everyone should have the ability to make a decision like that off whim. I don't believe in non-violent protest at all... but I also don't believe it giving the green light to anyone and everyone.

You guys cut out this Malcolm X comparison shyt too. Y'all are either white or had the story told to you by someone who doesn't know what the fukk they talkin about. Malcolm X y'all???? Really!?!?!?! :snoop:
