I’m glad I started following Tyler in 2010. Saw someone on sohh mention the Earl video and I’ve been hooked ever since. The music journey has been fun to witness.

In the 90s it would be a solid album. In 2021 it's an exceptional album due to mixing, mastering, sequence, etc. The rhymes are sufficient...not spectacular.
There's no HIT on the album. When I say hit, I mean a song that everyone of our subcultures will bump. Nothing that the ignorant street nikkas in the South will be in their wretched traphouses bumping.
It's a good backpack album. And I like backpack music, though it doesn't stand a chance against today's trap/hustle/swag music...

I will say prefer the more lush, r&b esque material over the more aggressive hiphop songs
