It never ceases to amaze me how casual people are about lethal weapons and murder including in this thread. Going to a neighbor’s door ARMED and kicking it in is clearly looking for a violent, hostile confrontation. SMH at “self-defense.” There is no next step after death, fukk the shooter.

America has a serious mental health crisis problem and the gun violence is one of the effects of it. People arent taking mental health and illness seriously.

I’ve been going to MT classes and the instructors always reiterate that walking away from an altercation is always a win. It’s scary because being stoic and soft spoken to try deescalate are often seen as a sign of weakness so the aggressor double downs.

Too much main character syndrome among most common folks who think they’re always in the right. It’s sad to see because it seems the society is just reinforcing on this type of attitude.
