I see a bigger problem
I'm not familiar with NYC, but looking at the photo that doesn't look like a place I would go to at 3am in the morning, 9am ok, 6pm maybe, but 3am there's gonna be a bunch of drug dealing no morales having youngsters standing in front who would love some excitement at your expense
Used to stay next to a down south gas station like this. 3am in the morning I'm glued to 2k and my lighter stops working, nothing more I hated than walking to that damn store
Not only is all the goons out, but half of them are out cause of the women who stop by looking for drugs. The girl or girls who had no business being there, would act like they shyt don't stank and they was above and beyond any man outside except for whatever measley background drug dealer told them to meet them either in the store or in the alleyway next door, loud as hell cause they drunk
People would get shot, stabbed and die right in the store. The parking lot. Almost never would it make the news. One girl bleed out on the other side of the fence from where my car was parked. As a 6 5 grown man I was afraid to walk down the sidewalk she got shot on, that's how bad that street was. I was afraid of those guys at nighttime, I was afraid of that store.
Why are females so oblivious to the telltale signs of danger?
Why is this being addressed online as it being a "men vs women" problem when it really should be why the hell do women find themselves so comfortable around dangerous people+environments and think nothing will happen to themselves?
Anybody that walked in that store and said something slick that night was getting it, u also dealing with young men who prob been kicked out the house and DGAF about society rules. Those people are to be avoided.
RIP to the poor girl, sad story, but real life if u feel like your above the people hanging around the spot u going to at 3am, u probably are and maybe shouldn't be there before you get yourself hurt.
"She was just trying to get food after a night out" this is America. U can lose your life at the corner store over nothing, happens everyday in this country and the media picks and chooses which stories get the publicity.
