I liked what I saw out of him when Fred was the coach and before Lavine got back.
With Boylen coaching and Lavine as the number 1 option, he hasn't looked as good. I still believe in him tho.
Yea, Bulls living and dying off of Lavine Hero ball.
He needs to close games out by getting to the FT line. When teams start turning up in the 4th, he needs to be the stabilizer, get to the line and minimize the bad shots

I can see both sides of it, team wants a fresh start, rose comes back and lavine lauri white Carter jr porter jr will be immediately pressured to take a back seat to him due to his love in chicago
I would counter though , this team is in need of veteran leadership and a floor general. Rose is willing to take a bench role and times rose got it going he can close. Which we also need a closer. Lavine needs a guard he can play off. Rose would understand he has those young horses and would use them.
We are not going to make the playoffs with the pg play we have and lavine playing the defacto point guard down the stretch of games.

The rotations are terrible.
The three point guard lineups are trash.
Defense is awful.
The offense is simplistic and easy to defend.
Lauri is too passive.
Zach plays hero ball and zero defense.
