I started off on Deni Avdija - I still like it for this team - but trading back to get another 1st pick and taking RJ Hampton is moving up my priority list.

I started off on Deni Avdija - I still like it for this team - but trading back to get another 1st pick and taking RJ Hampton is moving up my priority list.

Guys that stood out for me was obi toppin and Killian hayes. Deni is ok but its a part of me that feels people expect a doncic type of player from deni and he ain't that.

I'm also not mad at taking a shot with wiseman or okongwu and trading down using lauri or Carter jr and taking rj, Halliburton or hayes lower in the draft. Get 2 shots at a great player instead of 1.

The way eversly and AK talking though they plan on making bigger moves than just building through the draft. So I'm not shocked at whatever happens even if its a trade involving coby or lavine.

Deni is a really really bad shooter. He's under 60% from FT which is the main indicator of whether a player will be a good shooter in the pros. He is a 4 who cant guard 3s. He can pass pretty well but he's more akin to a better Zipser than a Luka type. He didnt play well against top level Euroleague team.. at best he's a poor man's Gallo but without the shooting. Hard pass

I'm in for either drafting Hayes, Okongwu or trading down and grabbing wings like Josh Green/Devin Vassell/Aaron Nesmith.....Precious Achiuwa would be a good late 1st round pick
