i don't think there should be a huge rush to get boylen out of here unless there's some significant roster changes. I don't see another coach being able to get anything worthwhile out of this team as currently constructed, IMO. :yeshrug:

I could easily be wrong tho

man arturo should just fire him cuz the sun came up in the east. he doesn't even need to provide ANY justification to me or anyone else.

dont be no contrarian :comeon:

Boylen is awful, on both sides of the court hes awful, his relationship with players awful. There is nothing of value with this guy to leave him be as coash.

I'm not trying to be, I agree with y'all on Boylen being a bad coach, I just don't think it will make any difference. There's just so few coaches in the league that have really been impact coaches. Very rarely do you see a coach go to a losing team and take that same roster and turn them around, and I really can't think of any in this current climate that have done that outside of Steve Kerr, but Mark had them in the playoffs already, and he had 2 future hall of famers on his team.

I guess it all depends on how much you value the locker room culture of the team, but I think for almost any team that's losing they'll have a poor locker room culture. :yeshrug:

This team may not even be the team next season, but regardless of what the roster looks like, you can't have a dumbass as the coach.

Bulls don’t have no flexibility this offseason, they won’t have dough til summer ‘21

One of my primary goals is to establish player development,’’ Karnisovas said. “We are the second-youngest team in the league, great young core, the Bulls drafted well. So players want to play, but at the end of the day they want to win.

“My job is going to be to facilitate that. It was a huge thing for us in Denver and it’s going to be huge here in Chicago. Because we’re going to have to improve our players.’’
The were never gonna tear it down again ,cupboard ain’t bare They got decent talent they will try to develop and improve what they have. A couple cats might get traded , but full Rebuild was never happening. I’d try to trade carter or markannen for mpj

It's still this part of me that feels like a decent coach could get a 7th or 8th seed out this roster. Only reason I would part with lauri porter Jr and Dunn is due to the upcoming contracts and them not being worth trapping us with no flexibility because we have resigned them at this point.

I would be down with just hiring another coach and seeing what this roster maybe plus a couple small changes would do. But boylen has to go.

wrong. No one is saying a new coach is gonna make this squad a 50 win team overnight but as of now this team could win 38-40.

Boylen's defensive scheme and other tactics lost games. This roster needs to be overhaul but a decent coach can get more production outta Lauri and WCJ as well as better role for Coby.
