Damn, time really flies. Was a junior in high school when Pac died. I still have the cassette recording from the day it happened when I was taping Power 99 off the radio and Kolby Kolb said "Tupac, rest in peace", before playing Keith Murray's "The Rhyme".

Wasnt a huge Pac fan when he was alive, but i've grown to appreciate the man and his music over the years way more than I did when I was younger. Wish he woulda never rushed that low-life piece of shyt Orlando that night, but it is what it is.

People speak on Pac as if he was an OG.

I look at how dynamic he was vs. his peers from that era and after who either completely sold out and/or are washed up drug heads with no profoundness about themselves.

I'm gonna go ahead and put it bluntly.

Listen to a Pac interview from he was only 22 years old......then go listen to an interview from Meek Mill whose 30 or say...Jadakiss whose 42. There's NO COMPARISON in intellect, depth, or passion. Hell, not even Nas or Jay have that same "it" factor when they speak.

I'm an admitted Pac Stan but I hope y'all can see past my rambling and grasp my larger point.
