No the first is a blue-tinted white and gold the second is just super saturated yellow and white lol.

The smaller the picture gets, the easier it is to see black and blue. Example:

I'm not sure how it works when it's the same size of image and people still see different stuff... But it's obvious black and blue is easier to see in a smaller version.
