I don’t remember that question and I don’t watch YouTube videos like that unless there is some type of transcription. I haven’t watched a video of Jay and neither have I watched a video of his detractors.

I was legit curious to know the outcome of the investigation. You would think with all the hoopla it would be an open and close case.

Are you asking me about a specific video that Jay Morrison released?

Or are you just asking me “in general” about a video of Jay Morrison breaking down the legal disclaimer of liability found in his financial statements?

Either way I don’t watch his videos.

But every business puts out disclaimers of liability. What is so hard to understand about that?

Folks in this thread kept citing this Grant Cardone guy as having a successful fund. I’m pretty sure I can go to his financial statements and pull up similar language saying the same exact thing.

If I’m not mistaken a lot of hedge funds/ private equity funds have lock-in periods where you can’t get your money back
