i must admit, i was very high on tecia coming into this tournament. i went back and watched the fight she had with rose in invicta and that fight could have gon either way, i scored it for rose though. tecia isn't all that good, just a fight who used her speed to get in and out with strikes. tecia vs carla would've been a big fight if they were still in invicta.

that stare down between rose and that english girl was terrifying. rosee lhad that blank stare in her face like she just committed a hommie. shyt was crazy.

Yeah Rose vs. JoJo is my most anticipated fight of the semi-finals. That stare down was great and it should be a good striking battle between the two.

I agree that Tecia has looked just okay so far in her 2 fights. She seems small, at least where compared to Bec. She did a good job in moving in and out with her strikes and staying active. That was Bec's problem because she wasn't active enough and didn't cut off Tecia's movements. It was also probably a mistake in letting her up when she had that takedown.

i dont watch invicta so i dont know if she was a beast there but she is lucky to still be in this comp

all that shyt billy gunn was talking going into this fight and she tapped out like that.

one thing i will say about randa after looking at her last two fights, even though she's flat footed than a motherfukka and her stand up is probably the worst out of the girls, she's strong as hell in the clinch. she got taken down in both fights and she powered her way back up. i don't think her wrestling better than carla but she's still good. she has alot potential to improve after this show.

Aisly vs Jessica next week

low key, i enjoy watching aisly fight the most. she comes to fight and comes out the gate just throwing bombs can't wait for next week.

Randa made it look easy once she got a good position on the ground, I didn't even realize she had the arm cranked all the way when Felice tapped .

Most of those SW(and women fighters in general) are amateur kickboxers basically. Its basically worthless if you have no power. Any girl with some kind of grappling background will dominate easily.

someone on instagram i think said, "tecia doesn't look the same when she was in invicta". carla responded with "interesting observation" and people coming out the woodwork suspected tecia was on peds.

personally i don't know if she's on roids. this show exposed her to being a very predictable fighter who can't seem to adapt and isn't that good on the ground like i thought she was.

That was a close/competitive fight. Aisling should have kept the fight standing, she had a better chance of winning there and is how she took the 1st rd. It was clear that Jessica had the edge on the ground and once she got the fight there she was able to control the action. Next week should be really good with the remaining 2 fights being good. Really looking forward to seeing Rose vs. Jojo.

same thing i said. going 3rd round, aisling corner said, "don't make it a brawl". after round 2, aisling had no business going to the ground with penne. if aisling wanted to win, she needed to keep the fight standing up in order to win. even though penne was technically better standing up, aisling style was giving penne some trouble down the stretch. but that was a good fight!

something tells me tecia got the better of carla in next weeks fight.
