Fascinating that 2 years in, the Network is still bordering on unusable on PC. Have to use 3rd party questionable programs to download from it or use a TV app. On a browser, it is nonstop freezing and quality drops.

All of them. I have the same issues on Chrome, Firefox, and IE on two different computers in the house. Using the same connection, I have zero trouble using the mobile and TV apps. I've also tried it at a house I was house sitting at and it the same problems. Constant buffering leading to freezing, having to refresh every 30-60 seconds to get it to play again.
