Piper/Valentine dog collar match
Flair/Harley cage match
God damn them shyts were brutal. Especially the dog collar match.
The ring was SEEPED in blood by the end of the show

My one complaint was the finishes in all these matches felt kinda weird and sudden....i dunno....the finishes were sort of disjointed and sloppy but besides that the pacing in the Flair match was great. Great to see a match that feels epic without having to rely on spamming finisher kick outs and OTT spots.
Can't wait to jump into more 80s Jim Crockett/NWA stuff. I'm pretty ignorant on that era.

I love the psychology of any move being able to end the match at any point. Trains the audience to be on the edge of their seat at all times. Once it moved onto matches only ending on finishers or foreign weapons it removed a lot of the suspense out of matches.Finally got round to finishing Starrcade 83.

The first ever Taker/HBK match at IYH Groundzero doesn't get enough love. It's almost forgotten about.
Understandable because it's barely a real match and there's a non finish but it's entertaining as fukk.
