The One Night Only edit is not an edit.. Someone fukked up and uploaded the Coliseum video instead of the live show. They showed the entire 3-hour show on Classics on-demand not too long ago. Will they fix it? Probably not. But they might if enough people complain.
The music edits have to be done. If they don't own the music then they would have to pay out the ass to use it.. Some of the going rates for these songs are ridiculous. A lot of these musicians think a little too highly of themselves and charge ridiculous fees that nobody would ever fukking pay.

Man, tonight the picture quality on old PPV's is the best yet for some reason. Hopefully it stays this way.
One thing I'd really like to see is the pre-shows added for PPV's. I remember the pre-show before KOTR 98 and Mankind gave a crazy promo in the sitting in the middle of the ring, in the dark. It really set the tone for what he went thru that night.

Why does all the shows look like film instead of real time action? I was watching IYH: Degeneration x and jt looked like I was watching a movie, is their something wrong with my tv settings?

the most modern version is from slamboree '96, if im not mistaken.
the only 3 i know of are:
starcade '91
starcade '92(with alot less wrestlers)
slamboree '96
i always wished they used it more. it couldve arguably been the goat concept and better than the royal rumble if done right.

ESPN CLASSIC airs the GWF and occasionally the USWA. i stopped uppin the threads cuz the fair-weather wrestling fans kept ignoring. they used to show the AWA every weeknight a few years ago.
they started showing a few uswa & gwf matches on the wwe's classic on-demand channel towards the end.
