This. I literally only use the network for PPVs and the occasional watch party. I feel like I'm getting fleeced outside of Takeovers.:francis:
the viewing parties are fun as hell

i only watch the original programming and NXT

so hard to waste 3 hours on an old dusty ppv alone

been trying to watch old 80's WCW to really understand the Flair & Dusty era and i be :snooze: 15 mins in

Watching the leadup to Bash at The Beach 2000, this isn't as bad/ridiculous as its made out to be. There's that one episode with Flair vs Russo in a cage that's completely ridiculous, but the weeks after are somewhat conventional.

Tank Abbott as a 3 count stan is hilarious, Cats on fire as GM, and they've built Goldberg vs Nash and Bagwell vs Douglas well. I actually want to see the PPV for non fukkery reasons.

Not that there's not fukkery. This Vampiro/Kiss Demon thing is fukkin ridiculous

The Bryan/Stephanie back and forth post Raw Summerslam 13 promo was damn near great face/heel work. This was before Stephanie had utterly worn out her welcome.

obv Mania 30 w/ the Bryan stuff is the last time WWE was watchable, but SS 13 was the last true great time in the company IMO and the greatest ppv ever

So when they had Bertha Faye debut, it was clearly as Monster Ripper, with the all black gear and even the face paint. That's what she looked like when she showed up to Raw and beat up Alundra. 3 weeks later she's with Harvey Wippleman in the polka dots with a trailer trash gimmick with no explanation :mjlol:

Apparently she was supposed to feud with Bull Nakano over the title in an attempt to save the division, but Bull got caught with cocaine :russ: and it set the women's revolution back another 20 years.
