yeah that was when WWF had the GOAT Hardcore Division starring Crash Holly so WCW sadly tried to recreate it with their own version of their Hardcore Title featuring Terry Funk, Norman Smiley, 3 Count, Bam Bam Bigelow and etc... I remember Sandman was called "Hardcore Hak" and I didn't understand the name as a kid at the time but as I got older I heard that Bischoff didn't respect hardcore wrestling or ECW and thought they were all hacks so that's why he gave Sandman that name.

I think Hak was actually Sandman's real life nickname.

Question for anyone who's got the network and has travelled with it:
Are you able to access your account and watch shyt when you're travelling overseas or do you have restrictions and its blocked?

I travel a lot for work and wanna know if I can still watch shyt so long as I've gotta a login even if on a different internet connection

They do a hell of a job making Daniel Bryan just another geek on some of these Network specials

Top guys shouldn't be marking out for past wrestlers like this.

Same for Punk, even though he's gone

This is why I call this the Autism Era. These guys have no self-awareness at all. Would Stone Cold be praising Hogan and Flair in documentaries in 1998? Don't think so.

fukk it breh I'm just saying. shyt is gayer than KC

yo, breh i was thinking the same shyt, Its funny to see Daniel Bryan and CM Punk showing their fandom when praising the Attitude Era

In their defense, This was clearly taped when Daniel Bryan had short hair and was just another slowly rising geek off the street (likely 2011)

Sad there isnt many redeeming qualities about the past 5-6 years for WWE to talk about outside of the rise of D-Bry & Summer of Punk

The whole Goldberg copied Stone Cold is pure bullshyt

Yeah they are finding any way they can to take backhanded shots at WCW. From NWO being bitten from ECW, to the only reason WCW saw that early success was due to having a bunch of old WWF guys, to their entire undercard being stolen from WCW, and now Goldberg just being a Stone Cold ripoff. I'm just waiting to see how they discount DDP and Sting to complete the shytting on them.

On a side note going back and watching old WCW made me have a whole new appreciation of Pillman.

As a kid I had both Austin and Goldberg figures and thought they were just Austin :russ: (Had limited to access to WCW so was brought up on WWF over here).

I laughed out loud at that one, to this day I just don't get it, they made it sound like Goldberg went straight Juventud on Austin's style.

the trunks, bald head and goatee. It ends at that point.

Hell Shamrock or to a lesser degree Taz had more reason to say they elements of their styles were being bit than Austin

Goldberg was a well timed physically imposing monster with submissions who didn't talk much. I thought "shoot fighter" when he first showed up because I was into getting pancrase and UFC tapes anywhere I could at the time.
