Half way through NXT Takeover.

- Pre-show was decent. Had an attitude era (WWF New York) vibe to it with the crowd outside and Albert interviewing in the crowd. Pre-show also did a great-job in refreshing my memory of the feuds going on and building up the matches. I love the fact they even allocate time to build-up minor matches like Enzo/Lefort - all it takes is a 5 minute promo but it makes a huge difference in increasing your interest in the match.

- Loved the intro vid for the show. The 'hacking' theme was really cool and innovative. Made me think that the guy (think it's Sami Callihan) with the hacker gimmick could be great.

- Tag match was OK. Really suprised that The Ascension dropped the belts and lost clean. I guess they're headed to the main roster however I would have thought they would have turned up with the titles and I honestly saw them winning the World Tag Team titles and then vacating the NXT ones. Happy enough with the 'Lucha Dragons' winning the belts - Cara hasn't ever been up to much and bringing Kallisto up in a solid tag team seems like a good way to break him in to the main roster initially. Kallisto is really impressive and I can't get over how quick he must think of this shyt he does in the ring - you could tell he was doing things way to quickly as Viktor and Connor couldn't tell what he was gonna do and there were a few little botches. He's still really exciting to watch, though. Looking forward to watching him and Cara develop as a tag team and hopefully hit the main roster - a lucha tag team could be a nice addition to the main rosters tag division.

- That guy that squashed CJ Parker looked good but I'm sure I've seen him before. His finisher looked nice.

- Enzo/Lefort was good untill they got in the ring :russ: I LOVE Enzo but he is so bad in the ring. He's amazing on the mic though so I can't hate though. I do think it'll be better if Cassidy does more of the in-ring work and Enzo just spits on the mic in a managerial role.

Will catch up with the rest later after work. Have avoided spoilers amazingly so looking forward to the fatal four way.

But how could that be when every other week we witnessed perhaps the greatest night in the history of our sport?

Canadian Stampede is actually a pretty good ppv so far taka and the great sasuke stole the show, made me realize how much good stuff the Japanese talent brought to the wwf in those days, we'd probably have bull Nakano video flash backs if madusa never trashed that belt and literally sunk into obscurity afterwards. Let's hope KENTA re establishes the Japanese in the E
