Go see a chiropractor and get straightened out a few times (well worth it) so you kinda learn how to crack your own lower back if needed. I had it twice. Wrecked me for about a week both times. Wouldn't wish that shyt on a Green Bay Packer fan
Man, I feel you on that last part, that shyt ain't no joke. I went to the ER, they gave me a shot in my asscheek because I drove there and wanted to give me a non-narcotic painkiller. Then prescribed me Vicodin to take when I get home, shyt does nothing but puts me to sleep. Then they told me to follow up with a surgeon (scheduled for Monday) because my lower back has a very noticeable swell which they ruled out being a cyst because I'm not sick n'or is the bump hot.
They recommended me to try to go back to work after my ER visit, so I get to work and explain to them what's going on with me... they're looking at me like

"you work in a warehouse, what can you possibly do in your condition" (which I agreed, I can't stand for longer than a minute or else my sciatic nerve in my left leg starts going bonkers, I have to take Vicodin to calm the pain... but that puts me to sleep so I can't drive a forklift, and I damn sure can't sit and do nothing all day) so they sent me right the fukk home until I find out on Monday what's causing the sciatica and if I need surgery to correct it.
I'm just lucky I'm still under military TriCare (got out in April) until October or my pockets would've been done.
