I'm gonna say 17 on the fact that there wasn't any matches that aged terribly and none left a bad taste in anyone's mout like the WHC match did. 20 was great at the time but a lot of the undercard lost any real significance.

There was even bullshyt politics at house shows. He's even said in his book that by 2003 he totally got why Austin walked out in 2002 like he did with them not having a clue why Austin vs Brock on raw is a dumb idea.
