I was bored and just thought it would be interesting to see how people perceived Jeff Jarrett as a wrestler. I could make this a weekly (maybe daily) thing depending on how well this goes.

Major accomplishments:

-Founder of TNA

-Total Nonstop Action Wrestling:
NWA World Heavyweight Championship (6x)
TNA King of the Mountain Championship (1x)
King of the Mountain (2004, 2006, 2015)
TNA Hall of Fame (Class of 2015)

-WWF/WWE
NWA North American Championship (1x)
WWF Intercontinental Championship (6x)
WWF European Championship (1x)
WWF Tag Team Championship (1x)

-World Championship Wrestling

WCW United States Heavyweight Championship (3x)

With a scale of 1-10 how would you rate Jarrett in these categories:

-Mic work/promos

-Personality/gimmicks

-Ring work (along with some of your favorite matches/feuds)

-Overall rating (which doesn't have to be an average of the above scores)

he turned chicken shyt into a full 4 course meal. He was average at best yet far exceeded what his ceiling was. I'll give anybody props for starting their own business, twice, along with duping Vince out of money to start those very businesses. His guitar shots >>> him

His matches with DLo Brown during Attitude Era were perfect. He was a good worker around that time, and sort of interesting in WCW afterwards. Never cared for him overall, but he's always managed to be on tv and stay in business for years doing big things.

so he's technically legendary. Voted a 10, but it should really be a seven. Got hyped!

He gets a grade of "Incomplete" while down south since I never watched TNA back then.

In the WWF he gets a B-. Could put on a decent 5 minute match with Dlo Brown.

For my scores:

Mic work/promos: 6
-He was OK and was a pretty good heel. I can't think of any standout promos at the moment but I'm sure some of the other posts might refresh my memory.

Personality/gimmicks: 4
-His early country singer gimmick was awful. One of the worst gimmicks during an era that had people like Bastion Booger and Duke the Dumpster Droese. He started to find his rhythm when he got Debra as a manager and Owen Hart as a partner. Also the angle he had with Chyna and other women in the WWE was one of his best moments in the WWE.

In TNA, I thought his wannabe MMA fighter gimmick was pretty entertaining and he was a pretty good heel throughout his TNA years.

Ring work: 6
-Nothing special but he did OK. :ld:

Top matches: vs Kurt Angle (too many to choose from), vs Shawn Michaels (In Your House 2: The Lumberjacks 1995), vs Razor Ramon (1995)

Overall: 6

-Just :ld:. He was a midcard guy with a main event ego. And he never drew a dime. :skip:
