jeff fukking sucks on the mic
not the best in the ring but made up for it with the stunts and high spots

jeff is an oddd one because he was a high flyer with a very limited move set lol

ill give him like a 7.5

Jeff wasnt for me. I didnt really like too much of the stuff he did but it didnt irritate me like Edge and Blandy did. The fans got behind him big time during that 2nd 2006-2009 return..so his use could be justified for that. 6.

7, overall because he can put on a good spectacle and even hold his own when there isn't a stunt in the match but his matches have become very formulaic over the years, and I was never a huge fan myself. He could be higher (no pun intended) but I can't get past him being such a fukk up and that TNA debacle (which is really more on TNA than Hardy, they should've sent him home). I feel like a lot of people confuse him being weird with being charismatic. Not saying he doesn't have charisma, but I think it's overrated. He's a terrible promo.
