Promos- 10. Cornette even agreed that he was one of the best promos of the 90's.
Presence-8. He was really about that. He wasn't Nash and Hall walking around in Fubu and bandanas. He wasn't Public Enemy. He wasn't PG-13.
In Ring- 2. It depends on what you're looking for. Heyman is a genius for just telling him to go in an fukk shyt up while his music plays in the background-- he wanted New Jack's matches to feel like a movie scene and they really did. NJ was never special in the ring though, even for a garbage fighter. Plus, those dive spots were fukking retarded.
