So you saw shome shyt somewhere else on social media and instead of asking the mafukkas directly who posted wtf you saw them post you came here to just kick up the same ass bull shyt you dudes stay with on here. :unimpressed:

But mafukkas will play dumb and act like they not posting shyt to keep the same bull shyt running.
I read Twitter/threads, I don't post on them.

Thecoli is the only social media i actually interact with.

And you can't miss the FBA activity here so I figured i might as well ask.

We are indigenous to this land and our genetics are more similar to Europeans than Africans.

In the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) section of a job applications, I usually write in indigenous or French Creole if the position is in the south.

Why are you folks so obsessed with how we define ourselves?
They are so used to dealing with the blanket blacks and culturally aloof/baseless dodo birds who think being “regular black” is adequate, that this movement fascinates them. That goes for all of them without exception. They’re just not being honest about it

Can’t say I can blame them, the possibilities of blacks Americans under the lineage based cultural model are intriguing

This is also the REAL reason why it gets so much hate

Y'all really hate something and don't even comprehend why u hate something

Fba/ados has said the whole time that since we don't kno what tribe or what country in Africa we come from we are a separate group

We never said we didn't have DNA that was African or mainly African, we are a admixture people.

We built America and all our ancestors are from here

So we claim America

Naw yall group is compromised. There are indeed people saying they have no African genetics and popped out the ground here.

There are people doing the fba thing wrong, making the group seem ignorant and scientifically illiterate. Stating things that are pseudo as h3ll such as they are indigenous here. That they evolved here or worst popped out of the ground here. Missing the point they don't have to do all of that.

I also like how someone mentioned that the conversation is double edged. It involves nationality and genetics. Unfortunately we have dummies who don't understand we are majority African at least genetically.

Everyone on the planet descended from Africa.

FBA is the same as Jamaican, Haitian, belizean, Bajan, just our special cultural experience and lineage. Stop trying to flat black us and allow everyone to celebrate their experiences except us. fukk THAT.
OP made this thread off the strength of Sinners. Can you point to... idk... some African remnants of Latvianculture that echo as loud as the music scene in Sinners?

I'm tryna see somethin :pachaha:

Africans think of themselves by ethnic group and nationality.

Black Americans are mix of MANY west & central African groups and the current African nations of today... did not exist when our ancestors started leaving the continent in the 1500s (Latin America) or 1600s (North America). There was no "Nigeria" in 1650.

I'm proud of my high % African heritage. I can see the many parallels in culture (jollof rice vs jambalaya). I'm not African but I wouldn't be ashamed of the label.

We are American though. Been here longer than anyone except Natives. All that's good about America, comes from us and the Indigenous folks.

Reclaim your heritage, reclaim your ancestral Sacred ground!!

Touch down in an African country and let the African sun hit your skin. :blessed:

The sun greets you not as a stranger, but as kin. Its warmth doesn't just touch your skin—it awakens something ancestral in your spirit.

As a Black man visiting Africa, you're returning home. Even if it’s your first time, there’s a familiarity in the rhythm of the land, in the smiles of the people, in the way the breeze carries stories older than time. It’s a grounding experience, one that reminds you that your roots run deep—deeper than borders, deeper than history books have ever told.

There’s a profound sense of belonging, of pride, of healing. You’re not “other” here—you just are. Whole. Seen. Celebrated.

Book your ticket to goatganda today brehs :blessed:
