Facts. I did keto for a month and disliked it. I had high cholesterol so there were a lot of items I was hesitant to consume because while I may have leaned out, I may have inadvertely increased my cholesterol numbers.Kind of useless to do it if you don’t like the food options.
Keto isn’t magic so if it’s doesnt adapt well to your life still find another path.

Hated how I looked on keto
But I went
4 whole Eggs, 1 slice of Swiss cheese, sliced and dried up green peppers and 4 pieces of bacon omlet (breakfast) with a liter of water
Lunch / 6 Oz of 80/20 beef / handful of almonds lunch / cup of spinach with generous amounts of grape seed oil and parmesean cheese with liter of water
Dinner was Salmon and spinach with oil/ Parmesan cheese and a liter of water
Snacks were basically Siracha almonds (which are a GOAT snack)
Dropping weight was real easy on that diet but I looked skinny fat and wasn’t a happy dude in general.
If you’re obese and just need to get down in weight to avoid being put on meds then keto is dope but coming out of that diet can be a bytch for real.
In fairness that swing is understandable. There is not enough carbs and too many, gotta find that right balance. Having been in the rabbit hole of trying to figure it out, i get it.This post makes me feel greasy
Why are people so anti carbs... this is like a man being anti woman, we are literally designed to run on carbs.
