But for breakfast:
2 cups of oatmeal
3 whole eggs and 1 cup of egg whites
A cup of orange juice,a scoop of whey and a cup of blueberries and strawberries
Lunch:
Baked chicken
Cup of Rice
Cup of Mixed veggies
Dinner:
Steak
Potatoes
Cup of Green Beans or Broccoli
Snacks:
2 cups of yogurt and a pack of trail mix
A cup of grapes and a banana
2 scoops of whey,1 cup of blueberries and 1 cup of strawberries
Drink nothing but water the entire day,preferably a gallon.
This will get you lean quick,especially if you really killing it in the gym.
