:ehh:Im flattered you know so much about me...I barely recollect you ..your homoerotic screen-name does seems familiar...or perhaps that was a title of some gay adult entertainment DVD poster i saw somewhere..its all a blur.

I honestly do not recollect a single post youve made that made me cogitate or shift my perspective..thats truly sad because it means that even among the liberals as challenged as they are you are a truly tepid intellect

Its just pathetic to point out such things as problematic sources post facto...why didnt you speak up when you had the chance in that conversation..maybe you were right ,maybe i could have corrected the error

Bringing it up now shows how little the truth matters to you..its all about feelings and personality struggles and fitting in with the rest of your liberal herd :hamster:

baaaa baaabye for now...i got shyt to do
Uh, you don't know who the real Billy Ocean is?

Sort of true. But Trump didn't just leverage his father's enormous amounts of money (his dad would have been nearly a billionaire if you translate 1970s money to today's terms) but also his political connections. Fred Trump got a lot of his work done because of his close personal connections to Mayor Beame and several other powerful New York figures - he passed those connections on to Trump and Trump further exploited them and added to them.

But outside of New York, what does Trump really have? A few golf courses, a shuttered reality TV show, his name licensed out to a bunch of things he doesn't own, and failed casinos left and right. If he had given up on development 35 years ago and just put his money straight into the S&P 500, he'd be worth twice as much as he is today. And most of what he got was using political connections and the best lawyers in the world to screw over and exploit people who don't have the power he was born with.

He's a great talker and a salesman, and he's willing to do whatever he can to exploit others in order to promote himself. Other than that, he doesn't actually shown himself to be impressive at much in life. We're just seeing the first time that a lifelong salesman with no moral boundaries has tried to capture the absolute bottom-feeders of the American electorate at a moment when those bottom-feeders are numerous and angry. And career politicians, who normally have a LOT to do other than sales pitches, like actual policies and negotiations and knowledge of what the hell is going on in the world, can't stand up to his basic self-promotional pitch when competing for the votes of people who spend their days watching the Shopping Channel and Duck Dynasty.

You need to look up the stats on children who inherit wealth. Most of these silver spoon babies squander their parents wealth due to never seeing hardship. So give credit where credit is due...Dude could have decided fukk that and squandered all that sh!t

You need to look into how The Apprentice got made... People were watching sitcoms and reality TV was just poppin off so to make a reality show on business successful ? Yeah right..

His own agent told him not to do it but the proof was in the ratings and it give birth to The Apprentice worldwide and we have shows Like Shark Tank because of it.

Do you know how licensing works ? Why own a building and put up with debt service, employees, zoning codes, contractors, logististics ...when you can eat off of just having your name there ?

You really acting like the S&P 500 didn't experience a housing bubble, dotcom bubble and a lot market volatility ? Hahaha. Buildings are core assets, you can sell and refinance and control. His core competency is in real estate but you recommend he should have been in the S&P500.

Forget net worth... What about income ? And licensing deals ? The general public can see buildings they cant see your portfolio. Very few people know Ray Dalio, Carl Ichan and Bill Ackman outside of finance. And they have teams of analysts and super computers processing sh!t everyday. You think its easier than real estate ?

:mjlol:

I'm not into judgement, so save the morality clauses. Everybody exploits everybody and everything. Sh!t your respiratory system exploits the air to extract oxygen and funnels carbon oxides into the environment.

:mjlol:

Call these cacs bottom feeders but the people have spoken on who they want as a leader and he's just mirroring their belief systems to get his goals accomplished. This is what Democracy looks like ....

Anything else is to admit that people are stupid and should have their lives and liberties taken for their own good.

Fantastic post, but you're wasting your time, man.

Were you ever right. :whoo:

I'm going to keep it quick this time:

Segregation was FEDERAL LAW back then ...The government had an explicit policy of not insuring suburban mortgages for African Americans

so what was Fred trump supposed to do...Give nikkas houses for FREE......:usure:...and this is your proof...only proof i found so far is you low literacy

Fred Trump was discriminating in his RENTAL properties. People who RENT apartments don’t get HOME MORTGAGES. Therefore, claiming that Trump had to segregate his rental properties because the government wouldn’t have approved mortgages is as dumb a lie as it gets.

You see why i call you a dumbass...because YOU ARE..he used a FHA LOAN TO BUILD

So how'd we get from "the government wouldn't back mortgages for AA's in the 1950s" to "but but but Trump used an FHA loan to build in the 1930s"??? :pachaha:

Anyone who can't see the obvious lie that Aep used to get from his first claim to the next one shouldn't be on higher learning anyway. I'm done with you.

And what's with all the explicit gay sex references breh? This is higher learning. :why:

Holy shyt, were you ever right.
So how'd we get from "the government wouldn't back mortgages for AA's in the 1950s" to "but but but Trump used an FHA loan to build in the 1930s"???

Anyone who can't see the obvious lie and blatant assumption of an idiotic audience that Aep used to get from his first claim to the next one shouldn't be on higher learning anyway. I'm done with you - anyone stupid enough to believe your arguments has already lost interest and switched to Honey Boo Boo reruns anyway.
You didnt read the article i posted did you...Slow nikka...Heres a question..Can a government policy last longer than 20 years??

How did you manage to stay so stupid in the era of wikipedia "

1934–1968: FHA Mortgage Insurance Requirements Utilize Redlining
Race and ethnicity are used to determine mortgage eligibility in communities such as Roxbury, Dorchester and Hyde Park, thus perpetuating housing segregation

READ THE ARTICLE and get back to me

Whats the point of pretending youre posting truth if you wont research ANYTHING

:sas2: why dont you just say "im scared " instead of pretending there is any reasoning or academic rigor to this patchwork of innuendo you claim is "proof"

And what's with all the explicit gay sex references breh? This is higher learning.

:heh:

Am i ever gonna get a serious answer to the posts below...should i wait?.

:francis: This one too is iffy...He was sued by the DoJ but they didnt win..NO VERDICT= NO PROOF

You have no clue who the plaintiffs were..He may really have been turning away subsidized tenants...In fact HE DID rent to many Black tenants...just not subsidised ones...
..the fact that they chose to settle with him means they couldnt win the case..they didnt have enough proof or the witnesses were sketchy..who knows

Bottom line is the only Fact there is he got sued

:francis: Another "third person source" A bitter salty ex employee who worked as a president for just one year the passed over for promotion...what a " reliable source"..whats next his mailman, the electric company meter reader

your a joke bruh...this is proof of your gullibility

:comeon: He didnt tell the new yorker in a formal on the record interview..he was quoted by a writer of an opinion piece....What do we call the kind of information that someone tells someone else who tells someone else.......Unverifiable /gossip

its like if i told the new yorker..The Dankster loves the taste of Dycks and they print it....does that make it true?....(although in your case :yeshrug:

No youre not ..clearly you are reprinting Third person tales ,Gossip and innuendo...you should just call this the Hair salon thread

Halfway into this :trash:...I havent found a single Fact

:mjlol:

:lolbron: You see why i call you a dumbass...because YOU ARE..he used a FHA LOAN TO BUILD

:skip: WTF are you yammering about...the case was SETTLED ...WITHOUT FINDING OF GUILT

Meaning youre stupid ass is NOT going to do the judges job and declare trump guilty because YOU DONT KNOW THE FACTS OF THE CASE....period...

shyt you can barely spell and use a dictionary let alone adjudicate a complicated federal case

:patrice: You didnt even read the new yorker article did you?? Yet you counted it as "proof"...what a fukking joke you are...i can see how youre "committed to the truth " LMAOOOOOO

HOW THE FUKK CAN YOU REPRINT SOMETHING WITHOUT CHECKING THE SOURCE

Anyway...lucky for you my IQ is higher than room temperature......I looked into it ....The article was written by a guy who allegedly had an informal conversation with his bus driver.."kip brown"
Kip brown is a pseudonym..no person matching that description has been found and that story exists in only one new yorker OP ED.There is NO CORROBORATION..meaning the guy could have made the story up..or the person he called kip brown could have been lying

ITS NOT A FIRST PERSON INTERVIEW...therefore it is USELESS (how hard is it to understand that)

heres a tip for you in future..any story that depends on two or more people telling the truth and not lying about a third person is NOT considered evidence

thats like me saying Bittasweet told me the dankster likes to go from ass to mouth when having gay sex and i print it...is that evidence?? ..huh slow nikka

You have no idea what a red herring really means ....LOL

And yes if there are few black coaches i will expect few coaching staff..the coaches ARE recruited from the coaching staff...what you thought coaches and CEOs fall out the sky ready made

:skip: Jesus...You really are special....i almost feel bad now making fun of your disability....Im sorry bruh

I posted that because i figured you would make the logical leap that the problem of diversity is a problem with corporate America..not trump....I had no idea you didnt have the prerequisite brain cells to make that association on your own

:jawalrus: You get it now...or do i need to break out the sock puppet and crayons

I stopped there because i was tired and bored...i will go on and trash the rest if you want

Still never voting for Hillary. The other candidate could be a guy whose whole platform was "put Vinny Lupton in jail and make him listen to Lil Yachty on loop" and I'd just vote for a 3rd party

I mean, true. I ain't voting for either of them either. Still worth pointing out that Trump is as evil as any candidate we've had since WW2. :yeshrug:

They're both evil trash. HIllary just has a better lid on her mouth now. After a certain threshold, it's all the same anyway. If one job pays $50k a year and one pays $550k, that 500k extra means something. If one job pays $5 mil a year and one job pays $5.5 million a year, they're pretty much the same. U feel me

"Silver spoon babies are usually worthless, so it's impressive that Trump wasn't worthless."

Great, so now he's getting graded on a curve. :mjlol:

And look at the Walton kids, the Koch kids, the Mars kids...plenty of silver spoon babies ended up WAY wealthier than Trump, as in an order of magnitude above him.

He agreed to star in a show that promoted Donald Trump, because his favorite activity in life is promoting Donald Trump. The show was being produced by the most successful reality show producer in history who pitched the show directly to him and offered to give him half the money - please don't make this more than it is. His name is on the show, but you know he didn't have crap to do with coming up with the idea or any of the actual workings of making it happen.

Do you know how licensing works ? Why own a building and put up with debt service, employees, zoning codes, contractors, logististics ...when you can eat off of just having your name there ?

I didn't say that it's BAD to make money off your name. It's just not a particularly impressive accomplishment.

You really acting like the S&P 500 didn't experience a housing bubble, dotcom bubble and a lot market volatility ? Hahaha. Buildings are core assets, you can sell and refinance and control. His core competency is in real estate but you recommend he should have been in the S&P500.

:mjlol:

Act like Trump's own assets didn't have massive volatility. Six major bankruptcies later....

And I didn't say that he "should have been in the S&P 500". I'm just pointing out that he didn't actually make an impressive growth on the enormous assets that his father had provided him with, especially with the enormous political connections he got as well. Of course he shouldn't have been in the S&P 500 - there he would have had to stand on his own two feet a lot more and not benefit from all the cronyism that got many of his most famous deals done.

Forget net worth... What about income ? And licensing deals ?

Love to know. The world would love to know. But of course, those tax returns are a little bit too embarrassing to release...

I'm not into judgement, so save the morality clauses. Everybody exploits everybody and everything. Sh!t your respiratory system exploits the air to extract oxygen and funnels carbon oxides into the environment.

It doesn't have to be about "morality". It's just not impressive when all your big early success came because of massive financial input from your father and only by exploiting major political connections that his father had given him, and then leveraging his name/wealth to power-play others for the rest of his career, until he gave up (few too many bankruptcies and failures, eh?) and started just selling the name and image alone.

Besides his name and image, what's the great ongoing business success he's started in the last 30 years when he stopped feeding off his dad's NYC connections? Some golf courses that lose money? Meanwhile we watched Trump Airlines, Trump University, Trump Entertainment, about half-a-dozen billion-dollar "Trump" titled casinos and dozens of other "Trump" lines crash and burn. Thank American business law for having enough lawyers not to have to pay off your debts or your workers, otherwise he might still have negative net assets.

You probably think the Robertson family would make good senators...I mean, they started a business in the 1970s and had a hit reality show too....

Actually, it's showing why there was a GOOD reason that this country was NOT founded as a democracy. A very large percentage of this nation doesn't know who can and can't run the country well. Our country has become far more democratic than it used to be, and that honestly hasn't been good for the quality of the politicians we produce.

These are public companies with institutional shareholders not high end developers . Nice try ...:mjlol:

He said his agent said no
Yeah Mark had success but those shows weren't about business so it's a risk
One that paid off as it propelled his brand to a household name
and created other off shoots worldwide and indirectly Fathered the production of Shark Tank
Yes the japanese show already existed but it took The Apprentice to break the mould
More clout = more coverage = more gold memberships = licensing deals

but according to you Papa Trump gave him the connect on this too :mjlol:

I didn't say that it's BAD to make money off your name. It's just not a particularly impressive accomplishment.

Compared to what ?

Try putting licensing deals together then talk to me ... I've have and it aint what you think

Act like Trump's own assets didn't have massive volatility. Six major bankruptcies later....

900 million in debt and he told those bankers to kick rocks and he's still grinding.... :wow:

There's broke ex-billionaires who haven't done that :russ:

And I didn't say that he "should have been in the S&P 500". I'm just pointing out that he didn't actually make an impressive growth on the enormous assets that his father had provided him with, especially with the enormous political connections he got as well. See it's cool to throw shade but can you say if you were a wealthy son of a Clan member
You'd take your fathers money and try to outdo him in another borough? Develop golf courses ?
Not only that but make yourself into a celebrity/author too then a political candidate with your own pageant?

I can't.

So maybe you know better and are on your way to whatever you think is impressive in terms of sucess

Cronyism ? In competitive ass Manhattan where everybody got deep pockets ?
You think he hasn't been outbid by other developers you've never heard of ?

Nope. Everyday is a vacation.... :russ:

Love to know. The world would love to know. But of course, those tax returns are a little bit too embarrassing to release...
Why ? so you can attack even further about how it aint impressive

I get that but show us who does impress you ?
While you are at it .... give us the aparthotels, high end developments, books and TV shows his father made
Yes, I should keep running an unprofitable business because I'm not a quitter!!!

I guess Blockbuster is impressive to you then :mjlol:

Getting his name to that point took shrewd moves.....

Whats the name Trump without Donald breh ?

The lawyers eat, workers eat , government eats off the taxes off of all that

so what's your beef with ?

The bankers funding his projects ? :dwillhuh:

You probably think the Robertson family would make good senators...I mean, they started a business in the 1970s and had a hit reality show too....

The only business turned politician I like is Bloomberg

He has experience

You are all over the place .....is it OOchie Wally wally or One Mic ?
is this about the people or the bankers who deserve an ROI on their investment in Trump ?

  • These Amerocacs are paranoid about muslims and yet blacks get executed by WHISIS cops everyday
  • White boys are getting taken to the cleaners by beckies through child state robbery and the courts
  • They are worried about mexicans taking their jobs and switching everything to Telemundo
  • On top of being told they are patrichal rapists by crazy feminists and social justice warriors who want to police everything
  • They don't like having a leader who doesn't look them who they think is beneath them
  • They don't want their guns taken, they want to pay higher taxes for poorer whites/blacks
  • They are the richest most wasteful and destructive race on this planet but everyone else is a threat

Be honest breh, if you was a billionaire with a shot at power ....would you pass up mirroring this sh!t ?:usure:

Edited to add, "Trump strongly implies in an interview that Putin will respect him more than Obama, because Putin uses "the N-word" to refer to Obama."

You can't really be this dumb.

:russ: How did i miss this steaming pile of manure you posted...Look here..One day if youre REALLY lucky and finally move out of your moms basement and dont end up in a halfway house you may get a mortgage

Then youll find out that theres different kind of mortgages but they are all generally INSURED by the FHA....EVEN PEOPLE WHO BUILD RENTAL PROPERTIES have these kinds of mortgages.

The FHA is a very powerful institution and between the 1930s and 1968 they had a policy of segregation ...IF YOU TOOK THEIR INSURANCE you had to follow their rules or they would cancel and the bank would foreclose.

so STFU about rentals already i cant explain to your dumb ass it in any simpler terms without help from sesame street

I mean, true. I ain't voting for either of them either. Still worth pointing out that Trump is as evil as any candidate we've had since WW2.

:wow: Youre a fukking idiot bruh....How can you compare a man who builds hotels and golf courses to a woman who helped lock up thousands of Negros for decades just for possessing leaves and buds,

she turned the whole haiti into a miserable 30 cent an hour sweatshop

and caused the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Africans with some bullshyt wars then laughed about it on live TV.

theres no comparison...

youre just saying that to feel better about being a closet democrat

The Supreme Court appointment is the most important part of this election. If a conservative wins, it'll be a conservative court for decades. There might be more than one appointment in the next 4 to 8 years. That's monumental.

A liberal court would not have given you many of the problems you now have in America, especially citizens united.

Exactly
