I don't agree with telling black folks to flat out not vote. I do agree with people that might decide to demand tangible benefits for black people in exchange for their vote. If we keep going with the flow and voting Dem for nothing in exchange we will continue to become more and more irrelevant as both parties start to pander more to hispanics and a growing asian population.

Under normal circumstances (2 candidates who both make a bunch of empty promises but will likely just maintain the status quo) the idea of withholding votes for legitimate tangibles is 100 percent logical, regardless of what a lot of the low comprehension folks on here say

But when you have one candidate who is looking to maintain the status quo, and another looking to reverse decisions that were supposed to address racial inequalities from almost 60 years ago, the candidate keeping things the same is actually offering something tangible

There isn't anyone radical/progressive enough (at least not anyone who could get support from the majority) to reverse the damage that trump would like to do to black people and poor people next term. At least not over a 4 or 8 year period.
