They want to destroy the administrative state that has disproportionately benefited black people than every other industry in this country in not only policy, but EMPLOYMENT. It will literally decimate what's left of the black middle class. These aren't things that were set aside specifically for black people, but have DEMONSTRATIVELY benefited black people.
