You're throwing weird shyt against the wall. Half the shyt you named is inside Russia, why would Trump's presence have jack shyt to do with what Putin did inside his own borders? Putin could have killed 10,000 people in Chechneya/Dagestan/Crimea and Trump wouldn't even have cared.

If Putin avoided the interior violence just as much as the exterior violence, that suggests that exterior influences weren't the issue.

If we take John Bolton's suggestion, the easy answer is that Putin was building up preparedness to invade Ukraine and didn't want to waste resources on other shyt while he was getting ready.

I'm saying throughout the years. You can go back to hw or Clinton and see russian military excursions of some sort with every president except trump. It was probably nefarious and trump was convincing them to wait or something rather than scaring them off but i found it strange
