No one said they had to build infrastructure meant to harm Black people; freeways do little to alleviate traffic; but AmeriCacs built them to go through Black & Brown suburbs because that c*nt Robert Moses gave them the blueprint & plausible deniability to fukk up the Black & Brown areas of prosperity.

College was damn near free or dirt cheap; Hank, Jethro & Billy Bob could get their Harvard degrees in a few summers working a part-time job to cover tuition.
The Civil Rights Act passes & cacs can't legally keep Black people from attending their PWIs? Make tuition the cost of a mortgage.

All this antagonism costs time, money & resources that- and let me reiterate- CACS WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO DO. It would have literally benefitted them to just pour those resources into CAC communities. Hell, they could've done LITERALLY NOTHING, and this country would have been in a much better spot.
