Once he talks and coordinates with them he can ask the Democrat leaders in the House/Senate to craft a bill specifically to what the governors requested. Then he can sign the bill and then they can have their required funding. This is elementary concepts of government. This should not have to be broken down or explained to you unless you're a foreigner that doesn't know how our government functions

Well they’re dumb considering that some of this stuff is going to be a state problem before it goes outside to the government. There are literally miles of road that will have to be replaced. Towns are gone. This ain’t just trees down and power outages. The whole mountain area is done and at the time of the year where it’s most poppin out there. They have big problems to worry about now.
