This has been the case before trump. I had a friend who entered the states illegally through Canada and he decided to go back to Canada hoping he’ll get back and now he’s banned for a decade

A major provision of the 14th Amendment was to grant citizenship to “All persons born or naturalized in the United States,” thereby granting citizenship to formerly enslaved people.
The 14th amendment also officially recognizes black Americans born into slavery as citizens. So if they can amend the constitution to get rid of the tethers and Latinos. Then what’s stopping them from fukking with YOU?
