I was considering the over/under on whether he gets indicted before Christmas...
I'm guessing sometime in 2020. I initially was thinking early December, but the fact that he hasn't been arrested yet has got me thinking the delay is intentional. If it were solely about the evidence he'd be under a jail by now.
