I have no faith in the Supreme Court. They’re in trumps pocket. I think they’ll strike this down then stoke daca down. Those conservative justices are scum.
Can't see Judge Roberts voting conservative on this one, but I've been wrong before.
Also, I think their argument is that Trump should be immune to all of this cause he is POTUS? They play that card they open the presidency to every unscrupulous billionaire.

What happen to separation of the branches of government? It’s like they all have aligned to support one party. :scust:

Lol right I was thinking the same. They about to let trump just get away with everything when everybody and their mother have turned in their tax returns and Obama even had to show em his birth certificate :snoop: I don’t even take the dudes that talk shyt about Obama in here seriously. That man had to walk on eggshells.

How you gonna ROFL with a hollow back?
With this SC I always convince myself that they will rule on the wrong side, and if they rule on the right side, there is some kind of poison pill hidden in the fine print. Completely pessimistic and skeptical of these pieces of shyt. My expectations are so low that if they surprise me, great, but we will see.

I doubt they'll go along with it. The courts have long said that impeachment is the constitutional remedy for complaints against POTUS. Suggesting they wouldn't be able to investigate POTUS would basically remove power from both the judicial and legislative branches.

But to play it safe, they may just refuse to take the case. :yeshrug:

This was my thinking as well, but how exactly is that determined? Do they vote among themselves on which cases to take up or is there some other standard procedure for determining which cases they hear?
