Not butthurt. Just petty.

I've said multiple times that the political consequences of Impeachment does not effect Trump the same way it would effect previous Presidents. Therefore if he's not going to be removed by the Senate its pointless.

Like I said, as much as people don't want to admit it, Presidents are above the law to some degree.
I'm asking you if he should be removed not whether you think he will be

I think he should be removed. It's bribery which is a high crime, and Trump's attempt to rig the 2020 election.

My personal opinion doesn't matter in determining my conclusions and opinions on Impeachment being a waste.

You're correct. My opinion though is that people accepting partisan decision making instead of asking themselves if it's more important to have a working democracy, can only lead to disaster. The only discussions that can be had is if it's more important to be loyal to a party or to your country. I haven't seen a legitimate argument against removal. And if there's not a legitimate argument against removal then I'll be looking to every vote that keeps him in his presidency. Those will be the senators that we need to excise from our government first.

Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high

what are the ties, exactly? I can't blame Schiff for the people that donate to him. Especially when he doesn't keep the money, as stated in the article.

I'm pointing out a different pov. Notice how 2 Dems voted against the impeachment resolution

Peterson, a veteran Democrat elected to Congress in 1991, sits in a district on the edge of western Minnesota that was won by President Trump by 31 points in 2016.

Van Drew, a member of the Democrats' freshman class, has also been an outspoken member of the impeachment process. In 2016, Trump defeated Hillary Clinton 51-46 in his swing district.

and four ppl didn't vote.

my point is, that it matters not that 2 Dems voted against it. Their constituents would approve. Like all of the other Democrats constituents approve of the vote to formalize the inquiry.

Just your reminder that this isn’t a political game changer and nobody really cares. Zero impact on the polls.

So it had no positive nor negative affect. :ehh:

I look forward to you holding your nose and voting for Biden just off of the strength of your concern trolling. :picard:

Isn’t that what I said the whole time? That impeachment won’t move the needle, and won’t change anyone’s mind about voting for Trump either way?

And for that I’ve been pilloried as a concern troll, undercover Trump supporter, etc. been told I should be banned from the thread and had rape threats against my mother.

Wonder if the mea culpas will come. This is the coli so probably not.
