Y'all saying I'm being negative, but I'm not telling you I have the answers. In a deeply corrupt system, bothside-ism is very entrenched and hard to strategize against.
Trump/RNC will have the war chest ready and the whole right-wing will mobilize about Joe Biden and Ukraine. They will do what they do best, muddy the waters. They will concoct elaborate conspiracies about how the Biden's are corrupt supervillains who sold the country out to Ukraine and globalists for Fox News, talk radio, shytty right wing rags, and TV/web ads. They will say the Democrats are doing this to try and overturn the election and the impeachment is purely partisan. It will be total bullshyt but it will largely be seen as just a partisan fight by persuadable voters.
Democrats and Republicans will be
I keep seeing the Republicans trying to bait Democrats into defending Biden (instead of attacking Trump) and too often it's working.
They need to stay on message and focus on the corruption, not turn this into a debate about whether or not Biden did anything wrong.
It's such a stupid, moronic argument to get into and it allows Trump to continue doubling/tripling/quadrupling/quintupling down on trying to smear Biden. Even if Biden fukked up, so did Trump. The worst-case scenario is they both need to go. There's no scenario where Trump is clean.
Every time they try to pivot to "well Biden..." that needs to be shut down immediately. If the Republicans want to open a legal investigation into Biden they need to go ahead and do it, none of this parroting Trump's rhetoric while ignoring his crimes.
