Congress can't charge someone with lying to Congress. DOJ has to charge that. So I ask again. Who is going to indict him?

Barr will indict, or recuse himself or face impeachment himself...

You sound looney niika. You sound like Donald Trump

Just because the GOP controls the Senate doesn't mean the wheels of justice won't move, especially when obvious evidence is present

Barr? Corrupt ass Barr? :mjlol:

He's throwback Republican royalty. He played a big part in H.W.Bush pardoning people caught up in Iran-Contra. The GOP Senate would never remove him if he got impeached in the House. If he recused himself, the person next in line wouldn't indict either based on Pence instruction and/or political connects and protection. All them dudes are well connected. If crimes are committed, the only way someone may get indicted is by a Democratic DOJ in 2021.

He doesn’t have to lie, they are past the point of lying and are essentially saying we did it and it there is nothing you can do about it.

Point being I don’t know they have a committed a crime. Impeachable offense........”likely
You guys are getting shyt twisted...

Y'all poo poo the Muller Report but the fact is the only reason Trump was not impeached for that was because Muller couldn't connect conspiracy to the obvious obstruction Trump was doing.

That's it.

If Mueller was able to connect the crimes then a lot of motherfukkers in Trump's camp would've been subject to immediate charges and Trump would've been on the hook after he exited the White House.

Muller couldn't get a sufficient snitch and lacked receipts for conspiracy. We have all that shyt on this case.

Completely different ball game here.

Trump is trying to get countries to debunk the Mueller findings. Then he's basically trying to get Ukraine to admit some type of election interference on their end thus shifting on the focus off Russia so they can use that as an excuse to drop sanctions. PLUS get them to investigate Biden to maintain the presidency. He knows he's going to jail and only thing that's saving him is staying President. NY could definitely get him for his taxes.

You cant get a WH visit unless you giving him something that will personally benefit him and not the country.:gucci:
I wouldnt be surprised if tariff war with China is him trying to get them toinvolved by launching a investigation in the Bidens. It hasnt worked up to this point but he a narcissist, so he cant accept an L. Hes frustrated now so he just blurted China out randomly today. Stable Genius lol.

Teflon Don ain’t going nowhere...sad but true. He can’t do no wrong if he do any wrong his party takes up for him and fight for him so when the smoke do clears he ends up coming thru unscathed and shyt actually do appear to be a witch hunt. If u keep coming for somebody and missing it only bolsters his supporters.

It all boils down to fear. White people on the right, fear that the gap between them and minorities are closing. They will fight tooth and nails to stop that from happening and they WILL kill about it if need be.

Honestly you got to admire their dedication to their cause. If only the other side had that same drive.

Three Chairs Provide Update on Investigative Work, Volker Testimony & Text Messages

Washington—Today, the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, the House Committee on Oversight and Reform, and the House Committee on Foreign Affairs received testimony from Ambassador Kurt Volker, former State Department Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations, as part of the House of Representatives’ impeachment inquiry. Following the interview with Ambassador Volker, Committee Chairs Adam B. Schiff, Elijah E. Cummings, and Eliot L. Engel updated members of their respective Committees on the inquiry.

In a letter to their colleagues, the Chairmen wrote, “This week, current and former State Department officials have begun cooperating with the impeachment inquiry by producing documents and scheduling interviews and depositions. Based on the first production of materials, it has become immediately apparent why Secretary Pompeo tried to block these officials from providing information.”

Regarding the President’s continued efforts to solicit foreign interference in the 2020 election, the Chairmen wrote, “This is not normal or acceptable. It is unethical, unpatriotic, and wrong. American Presidents should never press foreign powers to target their domestic political rivals. Engaging in these stunning abuses in broad daylight does not absolve President Trump of his wrongdoings—or his grave offenses against the Constitution.”

The Chairmen also provided members excerpts of text messages relevant to the matter that Ambassador Volker provided to the Committees.

The letter continued, “These text messages reflect serious concerns raised by a State Department official about the detrimental effects of withholding critical military assistance from Ukraine, and the importance of setting up a meeting between President Trump and the Ukrainian President without further delay. He also directly expressed concerns that this critical military assistance and the meeting between the two presidents were being withheld in order to place additional pressure on Ukraine to deliver on the President’s demand for Ukraine to launch politically motivated investigations.

“Earlier today, selected portions of these texts were leaked to the press out of context. In order to help correct the public record, we are now providing an attachment with more complete excerpts from the exchanges. The additional excerpts we are providing are still only a subset of the full body of materials, which we hope to make public after a review for personally identifiable information.”

The letter and attached documents can be viewed here.
