It's like we been saying: he has erased norms and ways of doing things. There are less hardline rules now. He has shown more than any President in the history of this country, that if you have control of congress, you can essentially do whatever you want.
Prior to Trump, people understood that this was a slippery slope that should be avoided...that's done with now. Over. Finito.
This is why I actually agree with, for lack of better example, Joe Scarborough, who constantly reminds people that "Trump will not be President forever" and that the precedents he sets will make it so that the next Dem who takes control of the House and the Senate will do whatever the fukk they want and there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth and crying and bytching and moaning.
Trump, for all his faults, is essentially the greatest gift the Democratic Party could ever receive. They just have to use it properly.
