Mr. Trump gave the instruction, Mr. Bolton wrote, during an Oval Office conversation in early May that included the acting White House chief of staff, Mick Mulvaney, the president’s personal lawyer Rudolph W. Giuliani and the White House counsel, Pat A. Cipollone, who is now leading the president’s impeachment defense.

There are a couple of cup half full outcomes of this, as to not completely give up, the first is that this will give Trump voters a completely false sense of security/invincibility. When this happens, and the bubble bursts, and they all become food to reality, they will think that they will be bailed out because they support Trump, lolololololololololololol, that wake up call will be great, and all of us that are reality based can find opportunity in picking them bones clean *pause* talking auction prices on foreclosed homes, cars, jobs, etc..
This is also going to energize the base, all the dog whistling and gas lighting will if anything push the majority further left, the more right they get, the more progressive the base will become, the more glaring the problems this administration creates, the more our base will feel the sense of urgency to act.
Maybe he is invincible and we're the delusional ones. The Senate just said they welcome foreign interference and even though what the president did is wrong, he'll face no repercussions. Even if we do turn out, the game and rules are already rigged. This country is already dictatorship and we're the ones that haven't accepted it. Regardless of who the candidate is, we all need to vote in 2020, that's our only hope passing this rigged game

Has the impeachment really hurt Trump's numbers any?

I'd like to think so but I haven't seen any evidence to that effect.
At impeachment his numbers were down. Not sure how things look now.

It was another big bone of contention around then. With folks pulling up any GOP poll they could find to say impeachment was a bad idea.

This is what I don't get out of your Sanders losers.

The point is to officially reprimand him. Clinton got disbarred too but wasn't removed from office FYI.

Why are you so fukking focused on stupid shyt? Lemme guess, Sanders Sanders Sanders.
Clinton lost Michigan and Wisconsin. Don’t blame Bernie. Clinton is the real loser. Hillary’s career is over :heh:

Bolton might as well leak everything before Barr comes down on his head and chops it off.
Bolton is not going to directly come out and talk unless its in testimony. They'd block his book and put some bullsh*t charges on him.

Instead, you'll see a slow drip of exerts from his manuscript, which happens to be available to several people in and outside the WH, that will make the case for testimony being essential. Plausible deniability. No matter how bad Mitch wants this sh*t to be over yesterday, he's got to make a better showing than what they're currently doing. That's why they'll probably push final votes until next week sometime. In the current day, a weeks potential news cycle will look like a year.
