I'm listening to MSNBC and they are implying that Engel is probably confirming the conversation now that he knows Bolton appears to be willing to be truthful and want to testify.

Too much shyt is dropping. Mitch is going to try to have this over with by Friday. The more time passes, the more comes out. I dont think they care about how it will look to anyone outside their voters.

I was out to dinner with my family Sunday and little cousin, she might be 21-22, was telling me how she doesnt vote. I went into this long tirade about how and why she should. I swear at the end of it, she said, I dont care what you say, I believe what I believe. I wanted to smack that little bytch. I just looked at her momma in disgust. These young folks dont understand how important this election will be to them in the long run. Its going to be a challenge getting all eligible voters to actual exercise their rights. I think its due to the trash ass educational system in this country.

I never understood political apathy but now I do. We look down on those who are not politically engaged as fools. Maybe we are the fools. Maybe we are the fools who think we can make a difference or our votes matter in our current corporate owned system.

Not that i'm going to be politically apathetic or anything and I know voting matters at some level, but i'm much more understanding of those who say fukk the system. It's way more of them that those who actually vote.
