And will get that work next election. Any Republican who defended this administration hasn't had a real chance to face voters yet. Many of them have decided to step down as opposed to having to do so...ok whatever your cowardly head tells you to do.Then they will defend an American traitor who tried to assassinate an US ambassador.
What folks like @JLova with their doom and gloom don't understand is that things are deeper than just impeaching trump. There are still elections and recent voting trends are showing Democrats are very fired up. All the folks on Capital Hill need to do is take their time and do all this right. Because we(not including doom and gloomers who feel they never do shyt their way) are heading to the polls and have their back.
This isn't 2016 no matter how badly folks on this forum want to paint it as such. We're not lulled to sleep and we're hitting the polls. Russia wants to come with another Hillary Emails we're ready and not falling for it.

People who are undercover Trump supporters keep harping about 2016, but ignore the minor elections of 2017, 2018, and 2019 and the trends that those elections revealed. It revealed people pissed off at Trump worshippers at the government positions, and virtually all of them outside of the deep south are fed up with him. They losing seats left and right, but people still believe that Trump managed to gain supporters
Why else do these Republicans in traditional conservative districts keep on resigning? Why do they scream and harp about Russia, when they never left their home state?
