Garland is calling Trump's bluff and unsealing the warrant to Public. He also said he gave the final approval before it went before a judge. He said Trump and his lawyer has a copy of the Warrant and could release it. Basically said they followed all the legal channels to get the approval. There was also probable cause.

Also important is that Garland didn't close the book on this saga when he said he couldn't say any more at this time. This is a serious, ongoing investigation.
