We should definitely be aware of our surroundings but no large number of them are going to do anything major.

Holy shyt, if they have witnesses who testify to this then it could really be what brings him down. This would prove intent. Stealing classified documents from the White House so you could blackmail a foreign leader is fukking crazy.

They got him dead to rights. Whether he’s charged is another matter. There’s a clear difference in how government officials who mishandle documents are handled, and regular people. Sandy Berger didn’t go to jail, but random employees have. I can’t call it but by every logical measure…he should be indicted.

Yeah, the details they're putting together make it without any question that he knew he had confidential documents and was intentionally concealing them for nefarious purposes.
If the feds are too successful too quick then I'm gonna be disappointed though. We can't have him going out with a whimper or giving up and deciding to shift gears to a Desantis endorsement with some sort of pardon-promise deal. I want a Trump v. Desantis burn all bridges deathmatch during or after Trump's indictment, trial, and conviction.

Pretty obvious his goal for being re elected was to claim immunity from this. Private citizen (despite being ex president) leaves him in a much more vulnerable position. No favorable DOJ, no Congress to shield him or department to squash the investigation.
