I keep telling you Mexican cartels are not built like Islamic terrorists. They don't have a fundamental ideology that they believe in. They don't have the infrastructure, the planning...they don't have generations of hatred. They also don't have the support from their own people.

It's the same thing if the U.S. starts bombing on cartels in Mexico with the argument that they are harming the U.S.
