If a precedent is set that an accusation is enough, what's to stop them from saying your I.D. and parents birth certificates are fake and you're a haitian "anchor baby" then sending you to guantanamo bay? If you have the funds you can tie things up in court but even if you do have that it won't matter to a maga judge.

There was no proof he was, and the judge released him from custody.
This is the Trump administration thumbing their noses at the courts, and that is why we should have concerns about the way they are operating.

And them openly disreguarding black history, and attempts at black upward mobility and success

There is nothing stopping him from doing this to naturally born citizens that just have a vendetta with trump. It’s gonna be a real hot summer.
