i hate that puppet line. presidents have always had the power to do the shyt trump is doing, they just had enough common sense and/or decency not to behave this way. no one is pulling trump's strings, no one was pulling obama's, bush's, clinton's, reagan's, etc. if they let someone else make decisions that they should have been making (e.g., cheney) it's out of laziness and not puppeteering.
