At this point, it's up in the air. 21's side is saying he's been here continuously since 7 (of course they would, right?), and ICE is saying he didn't get here until he was 12 (of course they would, right?). So that stuff will be entered in and debated in court but ultimately is of little relevance to whether he can actually stay or not...
To any extent that it has any relevance at all, the picture at Dr. York's place hasn't been dated in confirmation yet. He coulda been younger than 12 in that picture. He coulda been 12 or 13. He ain't a big guy and I was also a small 13 year old, they exist...
Whatever age he was when he got here is irrelevant. I view him as being an Atlantan. But he skillfully and willfully omitted his British origins in interviews and wax, he is documented as having lied about even knowing his father as well as who his father was/what he did, he has lied and/or exaggerated his involvement in criminality. His overall reputation will be fine because he is well liked, but his credibility is gonna take a hit of some degree...
End of the day, if that gun wasn't registered to him, he's buried. He's probably 80% done as it is, but if he was driving with an illegal firearm as an illegal immigrant, you can kiss his defense goodbye. They are already on the losing end and need some breaks to keep him here. If this is held up in court as him in posession of an illegal gun, it's a done deal...
