Were you there? Why are u cosigning deplorable behaviour?

The restaurant owner is right, someone needed to say it, im tired if seeing Milennials and Gen Z walking with their tongue hanging out their face, in lingerie as clothes and twerking all over the damn place.

I am far from a lady but Jesus have some decorum, theres a time and place for everything.

You’ve always got nikkas trying to defend the indefensible. This is why 2/3 of us won’t make it. Stop excusing trash behavior.

Who gives a fukk? When has it ever been acceptable to stand on a table in a restaurant and dance? Some of you nikkas. :scust:

Those people exist no matter what, it’s on the owner to properly communicate through his advertising spaces and ambiance set in the establishment as to what kind of restaurant it’s going to be. Hiring a DJ and playing throw that ass in a circle while selling liquor is purposely bringing a problem to his doorstep without being able to handle it. That’s on the owner, and fixing that is on him. We’ll see if yelling and going viral is a better and easier way than changing the playlist.

Yeah there's definitely blame on both parties.

You gotta set the tone for your establishment. When ppl walk into my business, its lowkey and professional

So ppl behave that way. The second I put on da baby, folks gon go  and treat my business like it's the turn up spot cause that's what I'm treating it as.

On the chics part, just cause somebody playing music don't mean you gotta randomly start shaking your ass like you aint got no home training

No one is condoning the behavior but he handled it inappropriately like a novice. Its lame to berate an entire restaurant and tell them you dont need their money when only a few characters acting up. I mean, have some nuance, this doesnt even have to be explained. Dude mishandled it, imagine a white owner pulling a PSA like that. Shyt isnt acceptable. Stop missing the point, there are ways to communicate standards to black folks without talking down on them like a principal in an inner-city school.

Is there really? You cannot be diplomatic with everyone.

A lot of our people need that Joe Clark approach for it to sink in.

I'm saying tho. If the DJ played Marvin Gaye "Let's Get It On" or "Sexual Healing" I guess they'd be okay with patrons getting naked and making love on the restaurant floor:mjlol:

if Lean on Me came out in 2020 there'd be a hundred thinkpieces written on Joe Clark's aggressive tone when addressing children and how it encourages toxic masculinity from straight black males in the black community

I didn't see anybody twerking either for real. I wonder if this was like a PSA or some shyt lol. Honestly I'd probably go with the overeacting part too. shyt looked like a good spot and a good setup. People think it's sweet sometimes just a person look like you. Sometimes you gotta hit the chill button on people

He’s overreacting because he don’t want that shyt in his place of business? Obviously the twerking happened before he was recorded smart guy

Nah I'm not saying the offending twerker didn't need to relax. :russ: But the whole finger wagging and chastising everyone because one person was getting rowdy - especially when the ambiance is clearly leaning toward "party vibe" - was uncalled for.

Just send security over, tell them not to do that, and keep it pushing. Everyone around will get the hint.

Obviously it wasn’t just one person if he responded like that.

You gotta kill that ratchet shyt early. Next thing you know the restaurant will be known as the ratchet turn up spot & someone will get shot in the parking lot.

this shyt was happened to a lot of restaurants in Atlanta.
